What is Counseling?

Charidi's  primary focus as a counselor is to help clients understand themselves and their problems, to empower them to make their own decisions, and to take ownership of their lives by make decisions that are right for them. While it's not uncommon for her  to offer suggestions or guidance, she shy's away from giving direct advice  because it can undermine the client's autonomy and ability to make their own choices. Charidi prioritizes  building trusting relationships with her clients to address specific concerns and achieve therapeutic goals.
